So you want to burn the body fat and tone your muscle from various parts of the body. In my experience there are 3 key elements to reaching these goals.
To melt or burn off body fat you must increase your heart rate. The best way to do this is to embark on an activity that gets the heart beating faster and at make you at least slightly out of breath. "On average a 30 minute brisk walk will burn off up to 250 calories!"

'Resistance training' is the term used to describe a way of effectively working your muscles using gym equipment such as weights, household items such as water bottles, tin cans or even your own body weight. Whenever I introduce a female client to resistance training the majority picture themselves as getting big bulky muscles. This is not the case at all, what you will get from resistance training is:

Diets are short term fixes that are non sustainable! How many times have you tried the latest fad diet and often found a quick few pounds will come off but when your old eating habits return you may eventually find yourself back to your original weight?
Isn't it better to have a more sensible, balanced approach to your food and drink intake which allows you that treat you desire? So no more yo-yo diets for your body to cope with!
