Flatter Tummy Anyone?
Once the New Year is well under way, it is easy to slip back into bad habits. If you really do want a flatter tummy, I mean really want one, and are prepared to take just a little action to help you on your way, you can do it. Interested in having a flatter tummy for good? Well then, let's begin.
This is simple, so simple, and as with all the simple things in life, it works. Spend 20 minutes of EVERY day carrying out some exercise that raises your heart rate, gets you out of breath and makes you perspire (or glow - have it your way) a little.
That is it, but what do I mean exactly? No I am not talking expensive gym membership, nor anything frightening or painful. Let us look at some options.
By far the simplest and most effective method available to you, and the best news of course, apart from trainers and a tracksuit, it is completely free. We are not talking snails pace walking here mind you, you need to pump those arms and work those legs. Imagine you are walking for a train, put the stop watch on and walk for 20 minutes, 10 minutes one way as fast as you can and 10 minutes back. Alternatively, find a circuit that takes 20 minutes and do that. Try and walk with a friend and then carry out a simple test. If you can walk and talk without getting breathless, walk faster! You should be able to talk but every sentence or so need to catch your breath. If you are doing this, you are making a difference to your health, your fitness, and best of all you are working towards that flatter tummy. Sound good?
Start with walking, and I will share some other ideas for spicing up your training in the next article. In the meantime, click the link below to find another product that, for a very modest investment, will help you along your journey to a flatter tummy!
